Fately does not require user accounts. Most information you create in the app — including your display name, fate reveal history, streak data, and reminder preferences — is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us.

We do not sell your data. Information may be shared only with the third-party service providers listed in this policy, and only to the extent necessary to provide their functionality.
Your app data is stored securely on your device. We do not have access to your fate history, display name, or other personal content stored locally in the app.
Fately uses trusted third-party services to improve the app experience.
These services only process the information necessary to provide their functionality. Fate content and your display name are not included in analytics events.
Fately is not directed toward children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app or on this page.
