1. Description of Service

Triply helps you turn travel photos into shareable content by finding your best shots and creating carousels, stories, and polished collections.

2. Subscriptions

Triply offers auto-renewable subscriptions.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

3. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for the photos you select and how you use content created with Triply. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of exported content.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Triply application, including its design, features, and content, are owned by Triply.

6. Limitation of Liability

Triply is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
