1. Description of Service

Thupify is an AI decision assistant. You compare options against what matters to you, get an AI analysis and recommendation, and can ask friends to vote on your options.

2. Subscriptions

Thupify offers auto-renewable subscriptions.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

3. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for the content you enter, the photos you add, and the decisions you share for voting. Shared decisions can be viewed by anyone who has the link. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from content you share.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Thupify to process or share unlawful, harmful, offensive, or infringing content, or to misuse the voting feature.

6. AI-Generated Results

Analyses, recommendations, and clarifying questions are generated by artificial intelligence. They may contain errors or omissions and are not professional, medical, legal, financial, or other expert advice. You remain solely responsible for your final decision. AI analysis requires an internet connection and sends your decision content for processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Usage Limits

Thupify includes a limited number of free AI analyses each month. Thupify Pro includes a larger monthly allowance. To keep the service reliable for everyone, usage is subject to reasonable fair-use limits.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Thupify application, including its design, features, and content, are owned by Thupify. You keep all rights to your decisions and photos.

9. Limitation of Liability

Thupify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your decisions are stored on your device, and we are not responsible for data lost through device loss, deletion, or lack of backups.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
