1. Description of Service

Voique is an AI voice notes app. You record or import audio, and Voique turns it into a transcript, a summary, tasks, and follow-up drafts.

2. Subscriptions

Voique offers auto-renewable subscriptions.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

3. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial period ends.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for the audio you record or import and how you use the content created with Voique. You must comply with applicable laws when recording conversations, including obtaining consent from other participants where required. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of exported or shared content.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Voique to process unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or to record people without their permission where the law requires it.

6. AI-Generated Results

Transcripts, summaries, tasks, and follow-ups are generated by speech recognition and artificial intelligence. They may contain errors or omissions, so please review them before relying on them. AI processing requires an internet connection and sends your transcript, and with Voique Pro your audio, for processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Usage Limits

Voique includes a limited number of free processing minutes each month. Voique Pro includes a larger monthly allowance. To keep the service reliable for everyone, usage is subject to reasonable fair-use limits.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Voique application, including its design, features, and content, are owned by Voique. You keep all rights to your recordings and notes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Voique is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your notes are stored on your device, and we are not responsible for data lost through device loss, deletion, or lack of backups.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
